How it works:
- Reviewed every visit
Each visit we check you still need regular care, and adjust or stop if you don't.
- Pause when you need to
Going away? Pause for 4–8 weeks, like over the holidays.
- Claim on your private health
Every visit comes with an itemised receipt, subject to your level of cover.
- 3-month minimum
After that, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

Every visit comes with an itemised receipt, so you can claim on your private health insurance, subject to your level of cover.
