The price of my consultations reflects travel time and set up and pack time
This offers great value for one-on-one treatment in the comfort of your own home!

Here is what to expect;

Before Arrival
I will confirm address and parking available.
Wear comfortable clothing + ensure there is space available for treatment set up.

On Arrival
I will provide a treatment table and all additional equipment needed for the appointment.
We will then have a chat about your symptoms and health history.

Assessment + Treatment
I will then assess your movement, what aggravates your pain and any other factors contributing to your pain.
Treatment may include; soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation (movement), resistance work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, dry needling and or cupping.
We will be in constant chat to ensure you are comfortable, working within your comfort levels.
We will also explain everything that we are doing.

Exercise + Self Management
You will be prescribed targeted exercises that will work within your lifestyle and that you can perform safely at home or wherever you are through your day.
We will also provide any education and lifestyle changes needed to help support your recovery.

Follow Up
Post treatment, we will have a discussion about where to go from here. We will decide together the best course of action to take to optimise your recovery. This could include; more home visits, any scans needed etc.
